“I grew up helping my grandpa, Mark Tucker, on his cattle farm, and that is where I learned how to operate the tools I now use every day.”
Max Blubaugh has lived in Fort Scott his whole life, and he loves being part of Bourbon County. He started A-Z Odd Jobs part-time in his junior year of high school, and after graduating from Fort Scott Christian Heights in 2025, he went all in.
“I realized there was a need for the type of work I do, and decided to push things more,” he says. “I like to transform properties for people and give them something to be proud of.”
Today he's studying at Fort Scott Community College, with plans to transfer to Pittsburg State University for construction management. He's also an active member of Fort Scott Church of the Nazarene.
